Hi my friend! I am James Ping. I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. I moved to Belize since 1994. I have lived in different parts of Belize including Corozal Town, Belmopan City, and Belize City. Every place I visit in Belize has its unique lifestyle. People have always asked me why I like or why I am living in Belize. I tell Belize is indeed a ‘hidden jewel’, a beautiful small country with matchless natural phenomena and resources. The people of Belize are warm, displaying a variety of cultures and races; hence, one can certainly appreciate the unity of the people. Belize also possesses great investment potential. Even though I was born in Taiwan, I would consider Belize as my second home. Thus, it is why I decided to help people through real estate in discovering Belize’s great potential. From many years working experience in the industry, I compared Taiwan’s standards, which mimics the United States’ standards, and realized the Belize real estate market has a different way of treating land issues.
